Check-In / Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
The Front Desk manager is available from 8 AM to 10 PM and an Overnight
Manager is on premises from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Cancellation Policies :
48 hour cancellation notice for no room charge for check-in between June 14 and
Oct 15.  A 24 hour cancellation notice is required in the off season.  The policy
applies to each day of the reservation.  Policies are different for stays longer than
a week.  Please call the hotel for details.

Terms and Conditions
The Palace Hotel is a historic building built in 1889 located in the heart of the
historic district.  We have no elevator and no ground floor rooms. We do not have
air conditioning but we do provide fans in every room.  We provide
complimentary parking and WiFi.  We are dog friendly in most rooms (Rooms 30,
31, 32 and 33 are the exception).

Extra Charges

⦁ This is a completely smoke free hotel and no open flames are allowed. Smoking in the room will result in a $200 charge for cleaning. 
There is an extra charge of $20 per dog for each night and a charge of $10 per night per roll away bed.
⦁ Front Desk manager is available from 8 AM to 10 PM and a Overnight Manager is on premises from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check in time is 3 PM and check out is 11 AM.
⦁ We have a 48 hour cancellation policy from June 15 to October 15 with a 24 hour cancellation notice required in the off season.

Extended Stay
We offer weekly and monthly rates and often have extended stay guests. Please
call for rates and availability.

Free parking is provided in our parking lot behind the hotel. Guests are limited to one space per room due to lot capacity. Twenty four hour street parking is available near by.
